That looks really cute! If I understand correctly, this is someone else’s character, correct? He sure looks colorful ^^ I think the face is my favorite part, I quite like the stylization that’s close to manga but still unique-looking.

While the anatomy is quite good overall, I think the legs’ angle is a little bit confusing. I assume you used a reference image for it, but I’d recommend moving the knee of the left leg (our right) a bit higher to avoid having the lines for both legs at exactly the same height and angle. It makes it confusing since it looks like just one line and it can require a second look to understand that one leg is behind the other.

The shading is fairly subtle with soft shadows and little contrast, which I think can work pretty well for cute characters like this one. Still, adding just one shade that’s a bit darker could add some depth to the image overall, especially in areas that wouldn’t get a lot of light like between the legs and under the short sleeves.

Overall though this is a very well-drawn character. The face looks really adorable, and it’s obvious you put good effort into the posing for a relaxed and believable look. The shading is pleasant to look at, and the amount of detail is just right! Keep up the good work ^^b
